Good Chapter but Buffy needs to stay away. I've always loved that passion speech from the Buffyverse, used it myself. Nobody says it better than Spike. Quit herione yeah right!!can you say full of s**t. If she goes back to him after what he just said like he'll try and I can't make any promises then I hate to say it but Buffy will deserve everything she gets. Look forward to the next update

I'm glad that Buffy stayes strong. It hurts now - no question about that. But It would hurt more being in a relationship with drugs. I'm glad Spike wants to try to get away from the drugs - but this won't be easy. I don't know how much he is willing to do for it. Looking forward to the next part.

Very excellent chapter Ashlee! I love the lines that you took from the show. They were very applicable to this situation. I applaud Buffy's tenacity. And I applaud you for giving this scene a healthy dose of human emotion as well. I'm glad to see Spike is willing to change, but am still concerned that he's only telling her what she wants to hear. Time will tell, I guess. I do hope Buffy sticks to her guns though. She seems to be one smart cookie, and I'd hate to see her get hurt again. I can't wait to see if Spike takes the initiative to change now (before Buffy says she'll date him), or tries to keep convincing Buffy he can change.

Loved this chapter. you pulled me into the scene and made me hold my breath almost the entire time. Part of me was hoping she'd give him a chance, and the other knew that it wouldn't be such a great idea. The guy obviously needs to work on his problems first, and Buffy is obviously not ready to deal with the not so fun aspect of being a rock star's girlfriend. I hope they'll resolve their problems though. It's a fantastic story hon. I love it.
