Loved the flashback and the revelation. Although I really shouldn't have read this during a 'Cool Money' commercial break, because the Spike I heard in my head, didn't have an accent and that was different LOL!

Wow - awesome chapter! I liked tha tyou put the flashback in so that we could read what happened that night, as oposed to just hearing about it! The only thing I didn't get was that Buffy was pissed at Spike for not coming over...so when they were having their argument, I really feel like Buffy would have brought that up in their little tift. Other than that...Great story :) Can't wait for the next chapter!
