The fight scene was exciting and well choreographed. The idea that Angelus "wanted" Buffy made my skin crawl. The shanshu made all the angst in the chapter evaporate. Nice job.

Excellent chapter. What a way to end the chapter. Awesome! Do I sense the end of the story being near? This has been a really good one. I enjoyed it, even though I wanted to strangle you sometimes with the cliffies and emotions. {Chuckles} Look forward to the next chapter, epilogue, or whatever you have in store for us.

I second that - great chapter! I felt bad for Buffy because she had to kill Angelus - and she is very strong because she managed to do it. But then again - it was more to the prophecy than Wesley did translate - another prophecy. I'm happy for Buffy now - that her father lives again. And yet - will die when his time comes. What remains - this will be Spike.

Another excellent chapter. The emotions have run the gambit from one end to the other during the entire fic. Cordy is being amazing to handle all of this. Although I am still hoping this is a false prophecy, to know that Angel knew the whole time and tried to spare her more heartache ... wow. Look forward to the next update.

Nice job building the drama and the tension leading to the confrontation with Angelus. Cordelia being accepting and nurturing made Buffy's emotional outburst even sadder.
