I love the fact you did research- that shows dedication to a fic and accuracy. Very sweet chapter for Buffy and Spike- it's nice to see them have fun and be relaxed with each other. The Samara thing reminds me of "The Ring", so imagine my scary visual as I read the last part LOL Excellent update!

Author's Response: ROTFL You kick ass, Allison. I was wondering if people would get where I got the name from. Kind of the ring girl, with the cryptic child-like way River has of saying random stuff that actually makes send. Glad you got it. And research is important to me. Spuffy fanfic readers pay attention to details. They're smart cookies. So I try to do as much research for Aloha and PMJ as I can. I'm actually going to visit a prison next week for PMJ. My friend Shawn's mother is a warden! I just found out. Isn't it awesome?

I can only imagine what Xander's reaction to those pictures would be, and I imagine it would actually involve his eyes bugging out of his head. They are quite the dear couple when they are being playful. And that darn Carlita, I can only imagine what kind of an accident she's planning. Now, it will of course backfire... I've been meaning to read this fic, and I'm glad I finally did! Such an original plot line. I love the initial interaction between Spike and Buffy and especially now that they've moved past their insecurities ;) Carlita's a bitch though and I hope Buffy kicks her ass! I knew Quentin was the unlce they referred to! Great story, please update soon!!!

Ick, stupid Quentin, thinking he has the power to rule over anyone and everyone somehow associated with the Council. I hope Carlita has a truly vile, vicious demise. Otherwise, very cute Spike and Buffy interactions in this chapter, and having Xander call to check in was a nice detail. It's nice to see them be happy... and hopefully Carlita will die:)
