I could be wrong here, but I'm just wondering, is this by any chance based on The Vampire Diaries series? It just seems really familiar to me. I read those books a long time ago, but I do remember some of it. This just seems like it with the vampire brothers, one being evil and the other not, both drawn to the same girl. That's what I'm thinking anyway, but I could be wrong. Really great series. Anyway, this is good and I'm interested to read more.
Author's Response: I love the series! But no this fic is not based on it. Wesley is not bad. He is just the darker of the two brothers. There is animosity between the two which will be revealed. Emma didn't turn them into vamps either. I think the only similatiries is having the rings so they can be in the sun like humans. I really wanted to keep this fic A/U but also make Spike a vamp. I would love to tell you more but I dont want to ruin it for you. Im so glad I am not the only one who read the series. I still look at crows wondering if they are vampires more so if its Damon LoL. Thanks for the review. Im glad you are enjoying this =)
