great chapter!

I liked the first couple chapters but chapter 3 was so unrealistic into the realm of "yeah right". A lot of stuff doesnt quite work, but these are the 6 that bugged me most. 1. First of all, I doubt anyone would just lie around while someone tried breaking into their girlfriend's bedroom and didnt try to intervene until he shoved her to the floor and ripped her clothes off. 2. Also, if Spike had've been in the hospital unconscious for two days he would have had an IV and the nurse would NOT have let him run around after just regaining consciousness. She would have called in a doctor. He also probably would have been weak and dizzy after getting a head injury that put him down that long. 3. They wouldnt have allowed Buffy or Spike to go home the very same after regaining consciousness after two days. 4. I *think* it is illegal to record anyone without their written or verbal permission. I'm not too sure about this one though. 5. The tape would not have been the only evidence against Angel. After a rape doctors do a thorough exam, collecting samples of skin, semen, etc. 6. The hospital would have called in family of Spike and Buffy's. Also, who called an ambulance? Wouldnt some neighbor have mentioned to Buffy's family they had seen the ambulance and expressed concern or curiosity to Hank and Katherine?

Author's Response: Yeah, it's a bit farfetched now that I read it again. It's my first fic so it's bound to have some flaws. You'll find out who called the ambulance in the next few chapters because Buffy and Spike don't really know at the moment. Sorry about all of the errors. It won't happen again.
