I personally think that you are an incredibly talented storyteller, even though I did not like the story being told. The story left a very bad taste in my mouth, so to speak, but your writing ability is so superb that I'm willing to keep an eye out for future stories from you, however I will never ever read anything that you label as 'dark'..lol. I know now to take you at your word with that.

It's a very interesting and promising start, but it felt very rushed and almost like you were going down some checklist. A little bit more details and development would make this even better. I hope it was written this way because it's a prologue, I would be very disappointed if the other chapters were written in the same rushed manner.

Uhm...Yes you are right this was very Bangel. I get that in the grand scheme of things is Spuffy, but this chapter was definitely Bangel and I had a couple of gag reflexes as I read it. That being said I love the story overall (at least what I've read so far) and I see the Spuffiness so I'm willing to stick it out until the end. Post more soon.

Honestly the 'I love yous' seems a bit sudden, considering she 'just' killed her love Angel. Then again I'm all for her getting over Angel, but for something that started as solace for both Buffy and Spike to turn into love all of a sudden, seems rushed. But I guess you're moving the story along swiftly for a reason. So you continue your method and I shall continue to read. Thank you for the swift posts.

Author's Response: Haha. Thanks. I just joined this site but I\'ve been posting this story elsewhere so it shouldn\'t take long to get the other chapters up. I had an essay to do hence the delay but I have about 18 chapters written and 16 posted on the other site. I\'m pleased to see my story is reaching more people, it makes me work harder. :)
Summary: AU (non comics compliant) future fic in which Buffy has bought an old house in London and is fixing it up. She finds a strange vampire hiding in her tool shed and uncharacteristically allows him to stay there until the sun goes down and he can leave. But then he comes back...
