I am an Australian. Mum of two. I LOVE reading Spuffy and have been writing since about Oct 2004.
***PLEASE NOTE*** I have a bad habit of making changes (only small ones, but still changes) to my fics if and when I reread them, and running around to all the places where the fic is posted and making the change is both time consuming and frustrating, as such I have removed my stories from everywhere except my LJ, my site and the Bloodshedverse.
I am not stopping writing. ALL my fics will be updated on my Live Journal and on my website, and some stories will continue to be archived at the Bloodshedverse.

Summary: Dru shows up earlier and Spike decides Buffy needs to know about Darlas actions. This leads to changes that affect the Glory-situation as well as the relationships between the Scoobies. At the same time Buffy and her friends learn what having or not having a soul really means.

Honestly..some reviewers do not have the brain capacity God granted lettuce! **points to dark pixie**. If you cannot think of an intellegent and constructive way to leave reviews I would suggest you stop doing so. Ok...this is NOT a review...but a response to one. Tammy.. that was NOT a review but an attck... you should be ashamed if that is the sort of review you leave for people! Tell me why should a writer 'have to take' the sort of criticism that you throw out? There was nothing constructive about it. In fact you quite sucessfully showed yourself up for a fool... The fic is (obviously to any one with a brain) a light hearted story not a serious full of angst and high drama fic. Also the Giles/Buffy thing..it at no stage comes across as Buffy having a 'thing' for Giles... he is her surrogate Father...what she is feeling is called sibling rivalry. And I agree you do not need to be British to work out what knickers are...however there were many occasions throughout the show when the Americans appeared unable to work out obvious British terminologies...so therefore..very in character. And please..tell my WHY just because they are girls that they should not react that way to a baby?? Are you implying all girls have an automatic affinity to babies?? Very Victorian thinking I would say! I am sorry if I offend YOU...however as an irresponsible reviewer you just have to learn to accept this kind of response. To the author... your fic is wonderful and I am enjoying it... please take NO notice of idiots like Tammy!

I really enjoyed this chapter! I love the softer side that Spike is allowing them to see. And the poor baby... what a neame LOL. I do hope they give her a nice nickname! Very nice little ficlet. There are some simple mistakes and a few sentences that are a little awkwardly phrased that a beta could help you with but other than that it is a very nicely written little story! Thanks for an enjoyable read.
Author's Response: Yeah I know. Also parts of it are quite rushed...so much happens in such a short period of time...it probably could have been told in 5 chapters, instead of just one. better story development would have helped it. And I know what you mean about the awkward phrasing. If I find awkward phrasing i try to fix it...but sometimes I'm just too lazy...or can't think of a better way to say it. Maybe eventually I'll go back and edit it. thanks for the constructive criticism!
