This was a bloody great ending to a fantastic story. I loved it start to finish... love a mystery. Was somewhat predictable, but probably only because I've read literally hundreds of mystery novels, and seen thousands of movies/tv episodes. Very well written. A few minor typos/grammar problems, easily fixed. Also need to get rid of a racial slur (Buffy feels "jipped" at one point... it should be spelled "gypped" and it's a slur against the Gypsy people). Overall, definitley worth the read!

I took Buffy's side in everything up to this chapter. I mean you had Spike acting like a six year old which was pretty unflattering.

But you just don't get mixed up in family matters that complicated unless your taking your lovers side, at least in public. She's a screwed up hypocrite. No games my ass. Going alone with Riley to the room, the date, and touching his face? Those are all games right there. Bitch deserves to get smacked around some more.

Great story. I love your writing. You always put together a great story with unique and complicated plot that really carries the interest through the whole tale. I wish there was more info that addressed how long Buffy had been deaf and why. The fact that she was found to be singing "Oh what a beautiful morning" one day kept bothering me. I finally just presumed that she went deaf somewhere in late childhood so that she grew up more in the hearing world and was able to remember that song from a time when she could hear. Otherwise she shouldn't have been able to sing and she might have more connections to 'deaf culture' and use more sign language with her family atleast. I don't know - it just left some questions for me. By the way - the ending with the swimsuits was fabulous. Thanks again!

I absolutely loved this story. I think it is probably the best "spuffy" I've read so far. I couldn't stop reading. It was like I couldn't turn the pages fast enough. It was fab.

I think that might really be one of the best fic endings ever...it's so perfectly sweet and sexy and Spuffy...and I seem to like 'S's today....Great ending..and if I didn't have a stupid migraine I'd be smart and leave a better review--sorry..........I love, love, love this fic though :) Sorry it's over now :( but it has a perfect ending
