I actually don't think William is being a jerk at all, i actually feel quite sorry for him. Becuase the things that he is calling Buffy on are things she has admitted to herself.

Will feeling he needs to change himself and who he is is completely understandable. Not that i think he should. But He has every right to ask and question Buffy and to be angry with her. She and Spike are who are in the wrong in this one, not William.

William's feelings of not being what she wants, of not being enough for her is a result of her giving off that vibe.

So i don't believe William is being a jerk at all. I'm most mad at Buffy and Spike and Will has reason to be mad with both of them two.

Sweet! I like angst, but the angst in this was just a bit overwrought for my taste... but I enjoyed the story a lot!

hey i like faith but you do have a point about her and william they are not a good match. besides she is a female version of spike it is what makes her cool.

you are an AU goddess! at first reading it, i wasn't sure cause there was a william and spike... there was one hot blonde bound to be hurt and it was scary to think about... but the more i read, of course the story developed and everything was great... thanks for sharing...

I really liked the story. And I liked how you ended it, but I have too criticisms.... and maybe not even of your story, just of the Buffy character. I just hate it when Buffy is so self-righteous and melodramatic. How many days did she miss off work because she was freaked out and depressed? Real jobs don't usually let you take off so much time without something documented, or else it will cause trouble with your job security. And Buffy totally bitched at Spike and demanded he never drink again... and then in the next chapter, she's sharing another bottle of wine with him. Wine is alcohol... right? I just like a little more backbone to Buffy... but I really did like Spike and William.... as well as the entire story overall.
