I stumbled across this story today, and just wanted to let you know how mch I love it thus far! There are far too many unrealistic Spuffy fics out there in which Spuffiness ensues right of the bat, so I was glad to read one like this in which the tension between them seems to just be building up now, much as know Spuffiness will ensue.

I'm waiting and waiting for a smidgen of attraction between Spike and Buffy. But nothing coming except for Anya and Spike (bad pun I know but trying to find incentive to read more...). Is this Spuffy? Don't mind me! I'll just try my luck in the next chapter!

Love the way Spike was played by Buffy. hope tat she will be impressed by his bartending skills.

great job on the sex scene. I'm going to say something and please don't take it as negative feedback, just something to think about. I am a beta reader and one of the things I warn my authors about is redundancy in plot. By that I mean you put Spike and Buffy in a AU situation have then have hot monkey sex and fall in love. Yes, the sex scenes are great but the plot is done Way TOO MUCH. aND IT IS GETTING OLD. Which is why I suggested the Anya thing. For a new twist. For some flavor. So this isn't a critiscism but you asked for feedback and I wanted to give you what I thought. Now that you have it maybe you can add some flavor.

Just ignore all the people who are yelling at your for the Spike/Anya-ness. It's part of the story, and if they want no spike/anya they can go off and write their own story. I like it so far! Keep it up.

I liked it. It was nicethat Anya explained about her relationship with Spike, makes the smut more bearable :)

I'm liking it alot so far and cudos to your first sex scene. They're really hard to write the first time but you'll get the hang of it . :D can't wait for more!!!

Really didn't like to have to read about Spike screwing Anya. Hope this is only a one-time thing. Remember spuffy sensitive here.

I say keep it in- I'm assuming Anya and Spike are going to hook up whilst living with Buffy above the bar, and of course Buffy will get upset about that...sorry, I'm babbling, but great job:)
