For some reason, a little "Lover's Walk" seemed appropriate, aside from the fact it was the episode on tv tonight. Dear lord, all of this trying to be the better person thing is so sad, I hope they just 1) wisen up to their true feeling and do something about it or, 2) do something stupid and cause a deep retrospection about said feelings. Hi Ashlee, this story is "new" for me since you posted while I was away on spring break. It's so different! So interesting how you made Buffy "Connor" lol. The rest of the Scoobies must be so old now, heehee. I wonder if Spike is still pining over Lucy...it's kinda strange that she isn't Buffy...but I'm sure you'll fix it all in the end! Can't wait for the rest. =)

In a way it was very funny (the bantering), but it was bittersweet too. Buffy knows (believes) that Spike don't want her and he thinks he loves her platonicly... But I enjoyed reading the chapter very much!

Wonderful chapter again! Spike's hot/cold responses to Buffy are really turning my stomach into knots. I don't know how Buffy puts up with it. She's definitely got more patience than I do. Can't wait to see Angel's visit to SunnyD!
