yea... season 6 was really like that. and with Spike always being used by women (except Harmony - he kind of put all of the frustrations on her at that time), it was strange he didn't explode from all of that.
but he loved her and was glad he could have as much of her as she gave him.

Loved the first chapter. :) She dreamed of puppies and rainbows.... what a sweet way to put it since this whole season was dark and not so rainbow-ish at all, sweet dreams not realy very common i imagine. So the fact that she could dream so peacefully in a first night of being there is surely a sign that things could turn brighter..if not better, what with the all being torn out from heaven.
He read her The Beauty and the Beast (they could relate to the story, right?) so by the end of this tale - that would be their week together - i hope she would see the man in the beast and maybe a nicer future... for both of them :)
