I'm really not liking this Spike. Not only does he have the gall to cheat on Buffy with several girls, but when she catches him in the act he suddenly discovers she's the one for him? Duh! So two years later, here's what I said: Thanks so much, Pin and Shippy, for the feedback. Trying to get inside Buffy's head, especially at that point in time, was quite a challenge. I'm very happy to hear it's working for you. I also had to keep reminding myself that the Scoobies were fairly accepting of Spike's presence around that time, even if they weren't particularly welcoming. Very hot Spuffy! However, although I hate Riley I believe Buffy behaved abominably in that particular instance. No one deserve to hear what he did. Still the Spuffy loving was so what I would have liked for Season 5 that it made up for my previous reservations.
